Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM Pencor and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity Employers There is a 3-day work-from-home component to this position however, employee MUST reside in Pennsylvania and be able to come into the office when needed or requested by manager. Must also have a High Speed Data Connection with a Minimum of 100 Mbps and a quiet dedicated office space. Pencor is searching for a Systems Administrator to help maintain, monitor and configure our VoIP communications systems, 911 alterting solutions and the communication hardware are employees use. General responsibilities include but not limited to: Providing application support for various customer engagement related products Assisting network team with QOS, zoning, UC DHCP deployment configurations Configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting our various 911 services Deploying, configuring and troubleshooting PRI, SIP and analog lines Deploying, configuring and troubleshooting end point voice devices Providing application support for our core VoIP solutions Provide usage reports and call data a needed Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associates Degree focusing on Networking or Telecommunications Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record Established Residency in Pennsylvania Fundamental networking concepts, routing, DHCP and DNS Certification in eiher Avaya, MS or Cisco UC services Linux operating system experience Cisco Network Experience Ability to travel within our company footprint as needed Ability to come into the office in Palmerton as scheduled INDHP
