Orlando, Florida (Hybrid) Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future• Act as a hands‑on technical subject matter expert for complex hybrid infrastructure, with deep focus on UNIX platforms including Linux (mandatory) and at least one of AIX, Solaris, or OpenShift. Lead advanced troubleshooting and support of enterprise‑scale UNIX and virtualized environments, owning end‑to‑end resolution of complex and high‑severity issues. Serve as a go‑to technical authority for Linux and one additional UNIX platform, providing expert guidance on architecture, configuration, performance tuning, and operational stability. Demonstrate deep hands‑on expertise with VMware virtualization (mandatory), including host, cluster, and VM‑level troubleshooting in production environments. Own and execute root cause analysis (RCA), dump/core analysis, and systemic problem investigations; drive permanent fixes rather than tactical recovery.
