We're Hiring:
Epic Client Systems Administrator (Remote - U.S.) Ready to grow your Epic expertise in a meaningful way? We're looking for a driven Epic Client Systems Administrator to help support and optimize enterprise healthcare systems. If you enjoy tackling technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and ensuring critical systems run smoothly, this could be a strong fit. ????

What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll support and maintain Epic client systems across multiple environments, including production, reporting, training, and disaster recovery. Install, configure, and maintain Epic client systems and servers Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues with root cause analysis Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements Handle backups, restores, and disaster recovery processes Support Epic Hyperspace in Citrix/VDI environments Maintain system security, access controls, and compliance Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams Assist with high availability planning and failover testing Develop and maintain technical documentation and runbooks Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues ?????
What You Bring:
1-2 years of experience with Epic client systems or similar roles Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and virtualization Hands-on experience supporting Epic Hyperspace (deployment, upgrades, troubleshooting) Experience with Citrix or VDI platforms (VMware Horizon is a plus) Solid scripting and troubleshooting abilities Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work both independently and within a team ????
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field Epic Client Systems Manager Certification (required) ????
Work Setup:
100% remote role within the U.S. Standard working hours with participation in an on-call rotation (including occasional evenings/weekends) ????
