Job Description

  • Administer and maintain physical and virtual servers, Windows Server environments, and enterprise applications.
  • Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, identity synchronization, and authentication services.
  • Administer Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, compliance policies, and endpoint security.
  • Support identity and access management (SSO, MFA, role-based access, least privilege).
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, wireless, and connectivity problems
  • Manage virtualization platforms, storage systems, backups, replication, restoration, and disaster recovery readiness. Monitor server health, performance, storage capacity, logs, alerts, and cloud services.
  • Deploy patches, firmware, updates, and security fixes following best practices and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Support system integrations, application provisioning, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop scripts and automation to improve system administration, monitoring, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with vulnerability remediation, system hardening, and cybersecurity initiatives.
  • Participate in incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities
  • Provide advanced technical support and serve as an escalation resource for complex systems issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, system architecture records, licensing, certificates, and inventories.
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and emergency response outside normal business hours.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
