Back Service Technician - Charleston, SC Access Control Summerville , South Carolina Direct Hire May 5, 2026 Service Technician (Access Control / Low Voltage)
Location:
Charleston, SC Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday (On-Call Rotation Required) Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of access control and low voltage systems . This role is ideal for technicians looking to grow into higher-level engineering or advanced technical roles , with strong long-term career potential. Technicians will work independently in the field, responding to service tickets and supporting client systems across the region. Key Responsibilities Service, troubleshoot, and maintain access control and low voltage systems Perform diagnostics on network-connected devices and field hardware Configure basic network settings, including IP addressing Utilize tools such as a multimeter for troubleshooting and testing Manage and complete service tickets through a mobile app Maintain strong communication with internal teams and customers Ensure all work is completed to quality and safety standards Work Environment & Perks Dispatch directly from home to job sites daily
