Overview We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. The Installation Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective installations and troubleshooting. Duties Perform installations of equipment and systems according to specifications and safety standards. Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on existing installations. Troubleshoot issues that arise during installation or maintenance, providing effective solutions promptly. Document all work performed, including any changes made during the installation process. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Experience Previous experience in installation or technical support roles is preferred. Familiarity with electrical systems and components, including the use of an ohmmeter, is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
