This position is ideal for someone who is technically curious, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a career in Information Technology within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of IT, internal users, equipment vendors, and our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to support business systems, manufacturing technology, infrastructure, and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities User Support Troubleshoot workstation, printer, software, and connectivity issues Install, configure, and maintain computers and peripheral devices Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications and related technologies Support mobile devices (typically laptops and tablets) and user account management Respond to and resolve day-to-day technology requests Systems Administration Create and manage user accounts Assist with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration Install and maintain approved software and maintain software inventories Maintain hardware inventories and documentation Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed Manufacturing Systems Support Assist with ERP administration, customization, and user permissions Support manufacturing equipment integrations and connectivity Help maintain file shares, drive mappings, and production workflows Troubleshoot technology issues affecting production operations Project Work Participate in process improvement initiatives Assist in the development of internal custom software Assist with hardware refreshes and technology deployments Help document procedures and standards Support automation and digital transformation efforts Participate in larger technology projects as assigned Assist with additional technology, operational, and continuous improvement initiatives as needed Desired Qualities The ability to learn, solve problems, and take ownership are critical for this role.
