Louisville, TN Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Bachelor of Science Senior level Full Job Description SMS is hiring a Network Administrator Mid to support our Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) contract. This position will provide Tier 2 Network Administration support augmenting Air National Guard Communications Squadron personnel in operating NIPR and SIPR Base Area Network infrastructure. Job Responsibilities Provide remote Network Operations Center support from forward-deployed location ensuring continuity of NOC operations and distributed network management capabilities Serve as backup NOC operations capability providing redundancy for centralized NOC functions Monitor assigned network infrastructure and systems from remote location Coordinate with primary NOC personnel ensuring seamless handoff of monitoring and management responsibilities Provide NOC management decision-making support during primary NOC disruptions or contingency situations Perform network monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting activities independently Maintain proficiency with all NOC tools, processes, and procedures Support distributed operations model enabling resilient network management during crisis or disaster recovery scenarios Coordinate with on-site base personnel for localized network issues Ensure continuous network monitoring coverage and operational awareness Participate in NOC training and readiness activities Maintain secure communications and coordination channels with primary
NOC Required Qualifications Education:
BA/BS Degree Experience:
