Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Game Machine Service Technician to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of gaming and amusement equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will keep our gaming environments engaging, safe, and operational, providing players with seamless entertainment experiences. Duties Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on various game machines and amusement equipment using hand tools and specialized diagnostic tools. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and computer hardware issues by interpreting schematics and technical manuals. Use low voltage systems and ohmmeters to diagnose electrical faults accurately. Repair or replace components such as circuit boards, motors, displays, coin mechanisms, and wiring harnesses to restore equipment functionality. Maintain detailed service records, including repair logs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory updates. Collaborate with team members to ensure safety standards are upheld during all service activities. Assist in installing new gaming machines and updating software or firmware as needed to enhance performance. Ability to drive DOT vehicles including 26ft box truck, truck and trailer, etc. Experience Proven field service experience working with electronic or mechanical equipment, preferably in the gaming or amusement industry. Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with computer hardware components, networking concepts, and low voltage electrical systems. Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams confidently for diagnostics and repairs. Skilled in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, and multimeters like ohmmeters. Mechanical knowledge combined with a strong understanding of electrical systems is highly desirable. Previous service technician experience involving complex equipment repair is preferred. $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
