Key job responsibilities As a Sr. TPM on the Server Hardware Engineering team you will be responsible for leading multiple simultaneous hardware product development programs in a highly cross-functional environment which includes internal customers, external vendors and technology partners. You'll provide leadership in the application of new technologies to large scale server deployments in a continuous effort to deliver a world-class customer experience at a world-class cost point. This is a fast-paced, intellectually challenging position, and you'll work with thought leaders in multiple technology areas. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 7+ years of analytical, quantitative, communication, and presentations experience
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
• Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering
• Experience managing complex hardware systems and programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules Preferred Qualifications
• Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• 7+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
