Serving as our representative on-site, your role is crucial in ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Essential Duties Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components in residential areas. Providing technical support to customers Maintaining service vehicle and ensuring all equipment is accounted for. Following safety procedures during execution of tasks. Performing any additional duties as necessary. Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager Necessary Skills & Abilities Excellent communication skills Effective problem-solving abilities Familiarity with electrical systems and components Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Valid driver's license Valid Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician License Required Education & Experience A minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Electrical service is required High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Prior experience in home automation/electrical installation is a major advantage
