This role is responsible for maintaining reliable on-premises and cloud-based systems, assisting users with technical issues, and helping deliver secure, well-documented IT services across the organization. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, strong troubleshooting ability, and a collaborative approach to infrastructure and support operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver frontline and escalated technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and access issues while supporting daily IT operations across office and site environments.
  • Administer Microsoft Azure resources, including compute, storage, and networking services, with a focus on stability, performance, scalability, and cost-conscious management.
  • Manage identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID by maintaining user and group accounts, applying role-based permissions, and enforcing security controls such as multi-factor authentication and conditional access.
  • Perform routine administration of Windows-based servers, file services, and related infrastructure, including patching, software maintenance, and system configuration updates.
  • Monitor system health across cloud and on-premises environments, investigate service disruptions, and restore normal operations quickly to reduce downtime.
  • Oversee backup and recovery activities to protect business data and support continuity requirements in the event of system failure or data loss.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base content to support consistent service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with internal IT teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders to implement infrastructure initiatives and maintain a secure, integrated technology environment.
