IT Systems Administrator

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure proper security and functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to servers, applications, and connectivity to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other end-user devices.
• Perform regular backups, verify their integrity, and test disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data.
• Review security logs and respond to potential threats in alignment with organizational protocols.
• Configure and optimize server settings to align with evolving business requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and incidents to support operational continuity.
• Communicate system status, incidents, and performance metrics effectively to the IT Director.
