Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct technical support to faculty, administrators, and students; troubleshooting hardware, software, and access-related issues
- Configure, monitor, and maintain core technology systems to ensure reliability, performance and security, including, but not limited to, school-issued end-user devices, Apple TVs, interactive boards, printers, email, MDM, and Digital Signage.
- Serve as primary administrator for the school's device management environment, including device enrollment, configuration, and policy enforcement
- Manage application deployment and maintain device standards for school-issued equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with device lifecycle and replacement planning, and implement device refresh and transition processes.
- Administer and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls across school systems
- Support system configuration, updates, patch management, and performance monitoring while maintaining awareness of platform changes and industry best practices
- Assist with network and systems maintenance under the direction of the Director of IT
- Contribute to proactive and reactive maintenance of classroom and operational technology
- Maintain clear documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations
- Support third-party applications required for school operations
- Collaborate with technology staff to ensure consistent and efficient technology operations
- Strong analytical and diagnostic problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
- Demonstrates sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with macOS, iOS, and Windows operating systems
- Experience administering user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Experience supporting and configuring endpoint devices and peripherals
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Experience managing or supporting a device management platform
- Working knowledge of system updates, patch management, and performance monitoring
Other Requirements:

- be a Christian role model in attitude, speech, and actions towards others. This includes being committed to God's Biblical standards for sexual conduct (Luke 6:40).
- possess evidence of competence in area of instruction, or other adequate preparation, background, or experience as determined by the school administrator;
- have a working knowledge of and follow LCA's Employee Handbook, Parent & Student Handbook.
- sign and live by the school's Lifestyle Statement and Moral Integrity Statement as a condition for employment and continued employment in this ministry;
- maintain confidentiality in the operation of the classroom and the school;
- refrain from unwholesome talk, including profanity, slang (language widely used and accepted, but not appropriate for godliness) or jokes that may be offensive;
- place his/her school ministry ahead of other jobs or volunteer activities; and
- maintain a personal appearance that models cleanliness, modesty, and good taste consistent with school policy.
