We are seeking a versatile IT/OT Operations Professional to support the technology infrastructure of our 24/7 manufacturing site. This role is critical to maintaining business continuity across IT and OT environments, including end-user support, servers, networks, industrial devices, and production applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on generalist who thrives in fast-paced settings, solves complex problems, and works closely with production teams. You will make an impact by: Technical Leadership & Problem Solving Apply systems-thinking and structured troubleshooting to resolve complex issues. Diagnose and remediate technology problems affecting 24/7 production. Identify emerging risks and implement proactive mitigation measures. IT/OT Infrastructure Support Provide daily on-site support for servers, clients, industrial PCs, shop-floor devices, SCADA components, and network infrastructure. Ensure all IT/OT hardware and software assets are up-to-date, secure, compliant, and maintained. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to ensure high system availability. Systems Administration Support and contribute to administration of: Windows, application, Database servers Network infrastructure (switching, routing, firewalls, VPN, wireless) Client systems and endpoint management File shares and local storage Identity and access management (AD, Azure AD) Azure cloud services and hybrid environments MES-adjacent systems, SCADA components, Production-critical printing and UL Certified printing systems Collaborate with managed service providers for enterprise-level systems support and escalations. Cross-Functional Collaboration Support production personnel and plant end users. Plan and execute IT asset lifecycle activities. Partner with project managers and engineering teams on IT/OT initiatives. Cybersecurity & Compliance Implement and enforce cybersecurity standards aligned with IT/OT best practices. Support vulnerability management, access governance, patching, and audit-readiness. Promote strong cyber hygiene and data protection across the site. Documentation & Governance Maintain accurate documentation for infrastructure, processes, and incident response. Contribute to and maintain IT asset management systems and CMDB entries.
