Windows 10 and 11 Management Work with the helpdesk technician on hardware deployments and software upgrades Work in the IT department as the "second tier" on answering staff support tickets Windows management using group policy, Powershell, and Quest Kace SMA appliance Creating Images in MDT and deploying them with WDS Managing printers added to the Windows domain (hardware troubleshooting is managed by a 3rd party vendor) Windows Server and AD Domain Management Deploy and manage on-site Windows 2022/2025 Servers using Hyper-V Manage user and computer setup, configuration, and permissions in Active Directory Maintain the Active Directory domain using the following Windows Server tools: AD Users and Computers; Group Policy Management; Print Management; DHCP and DNS; Certificate Authority Create and Manage GPOs Veeam Backup and Replication setup and maintenance Vulnerability testing and mitigation. SIEM Requirements:
2+ year experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and/or Windows Server Associates degree (or greater) or related IT certifications Windows Installation and Desktop PC assembly (plug PC into monitor and peripherals) Experience with the Office suite, word, excel, etc. Basic networking knowledge, IP subnets, DNS, DHCP, etc. Familiar with Active Directory Able to lift up to 50lbs; will be occasionally lifting equipment, including but not limited to, UPS batteries and servers Reliable transportation and ability to travel to other branches within the Dallas/Fort Worth area (and occasionally further) as needed
