This role will serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite while also supporting integrations and adjacent platforms such as Celigo, UKG, and Boomi. This is a critical individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both strategic problem-solving and day-to-day system execution. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Finance, Operations, HR, and IT. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, including configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions Support and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption Oversee integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems, including Celigo, UKG, Boomi, and other platforms Coordinate and execute system enhancements, upgrades, and testing cycles Maintain system documentation, processes, and best practices Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including Financials, Order Management, and Inventory Experience with system integrations and middleware tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi) Familiarity with HRIS systems such as UKG is a plus Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalytics is preferred Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
