Job Description
Job Summary Analyzes and presents content to support data driven decisions. Responsible for maintaining the integrity of volunteer systems by ensuring contact records are accurate, staff members are capitalizing on opportunity reports, i.e., leads/pipelines, and confidentiality is retained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintains data accuracy by reviewing, analyzing, updating and eliminating record duplication. Responsible for data analysis, data entry, and data reporting to assist all departments. Leverages reports to identify data deficiencies. Remains current with data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Updates processes to align with GSUSA best practices. Creates, prepares, and manages reports regarding membership and outcomes data with a high level of accuracy. Makes recommendations for improvement or enhancement to data processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection, and retrieval are achieved. Collaborate with other departments to analyze membership trends, identify growth opportunities, and areas of weakness. Actively participates in GSUSA webinars and meetings to remain current with technology enhancements, deadlines, and processes. Active participation in the development of environments that foster diversity, equity, inclusion, and access through words, actions, and attitude. Performs other duties as necessary or assigned. Skills and Qualifications Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a customer relationship management system such as Salesforce. Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively. Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Able to learn, understand, and apply case management system in Salesforce. Demonstrates initiative in solving problems. Willing to work nights and weekends as necessary. Experience in Salesforce is a plus. Hours/Travel Regular weekdays Expectations of working evenings and weekends Must be able to travel within established geographic areas and council service centers, as necessary. Education/Experience Associates or higher or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience and demonstrated track record in database management. Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus. Licensure/Membership Requirements Valid Texas driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Employee is required to maintain membership with Girl Scouts of the United States of America throughout the duration of their employment with GSGST.
