Job Description

Job Summary Responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, performance tuning, and recovery procedures for Shannon systems. Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration for complex operating systems. Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications. Identifies methods, solutions, and provides expertise to project teams and departments within the enterprise. Provides tier 2 support for help desk areas. Qualifications Education Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Preferred Associate's degree in
Computer Science Experience:
Preferred One year of System Administrator experience on Microsoft Server Platform;
