Part-Time Service Technician (Entry-Level)

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Part-Time Service Technician. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone interested in building a career in office technology, including printer, copier and computer maintenance and light IT support. The right candidate will have hands-on aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. This is an ideal position for a student or recent technical or mechanically inclined graduate who wants to gain experience in the business of Office technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the maintenance, repair, and setup of printers, copiers, and related office equipment Troubleshoot basic mechanical and technical issues Support installation and configuration of devices on customer networks Perform routine service calls and preventative maintenance Maintain tools, parts inventory, and service documentation Provide professional and courteous customer service during on-site visits General maintenance and cleaning up in the workplace environment Support our service team as needed

Required Qualifications:

Basic mechanical skills or hands-on experience (repair work, tools, equipment maintenance, etc.) Interest in or familiarity with printers, copiers, or similar office technology devices Basic understanding of computers and networks (IP addresses, Wi-Fi, device setup, etc.) Ability to learn quickly and follow technical instructions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility for shifts during weekdays. dedicated to supporting your growth as you develop essential skills in office technology while contributing to our team's success.
