Geismar, LA Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Imaging Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM imaging, and end-user computing support. The candidate will be responsible for device imaging, deployment, troubleshooting, hardware support, and endpoint management for Windows environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Windows 11 imaging issues. Configure, deploy, and support Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot solutions. Troubleshoot
SCCM/MECM
Task Sequence imaging and OS deployment issues. Perform device provisioning, rebuilds, refresh, and replacement activities for laptops and desktops. Support hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, docking stations, and peripherals. Handle endpoint enrollment, compliance, and policy troubleshooting in Intune. Troubleshoot Autopilot deployment issues including ESP, hybrid join, and Azure AD join scenarios. Provide Level 2/Level 3 desktop support for end-user issues. Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and warranty support. Support software installations, patching, and endpoint configuration management. Maintain imaging standards, deployment documentation, and operational procedures. Work closely with infrastructure, security, and service desk teams for endpoint-related activities. Support migration and refresh projects for enterprise devices.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in Microsoft Intune administration and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshooting. Good experience in
SCCM/MECM OS
deployment and Task Sequence troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems. Experience with Azure AD Join and Hybrid Azure AD Join. Knowledge of endpoint compliance and configuration policies. Strong troubleshooting skills for desktop/laptop hardware issues. Experience in device replacement and user data migration activities. Understanding of Group Policy and endpoint security basics. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access. Experience with application packaging and deployment. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting. Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments.
