M ain Responsibilities P re-Installation C oordinate with hospital IT stakeholders to complete the necessary IT survey documentation prior to system installation or purchase S upporting hospital IT teams during security assessments, risk reviews, and technical validations S erve as the technical lead for pre-sales IT engagements, covering hardware, software, and implementation planning, including associated project management activities C ollaborate with and support the clinical implementation team throughout the project lifecycle R emote Technical Support Desk L ead technical engagements with customer IT teams, providing expert guidance on product installation and implementation R emote support for software upgrades and remote configuration of system hardware and software components C oordinate system implementation on hospital LAN that exchange DICOM data with RadCalc A ssist hospital IT with configuring RadCalc on hospital LAN and within hospital-based cybersecurity, encryption, and AD requirements R emotely support clinical team for all IT troubleshooting cases A nforderungsprofil: Q ualifications
E DUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
B achelor's or Associate's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related discipline R elated certifications: Networking certification, Cybersecurity certification, Database, Server certifications
R EQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
R adiation Therapy and/or hospital IT System Administration and network experience required E xperience with cybersecurity requirements for SaMD deployment in hospital networks, including secure configuration, data protection, and coordination with hospital IT/security teams F amiliarity with application architectures, including web ‑ based, cloud ‑ enabled, and client - server U nderstand and troubleshooting of network segmentation, secure communication protocols, firewall and network administration E xperience in Active Directory administration B asic Database administration skills D ICOM knowledge preferred
G ENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
P roficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools A bility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously D ocumentation as natural part of projects G ood interpersonal skills and fluency in English P osition has up to 15% travel time P roof of eligibility to work in the U.S. S oft Skills E xcellent written and verbal communication skills and intercultural competence H ighly technical, analytical thinking, quick comprehension, action, and quality awareness G ood documentation practices, organization, and process oriented T eam player with the ability to work independently G ood customer service relationships and solution oriented C
