Data Security (Data management) Network protocols Hardware support Server virtualization Data backup Hardware management Windows support Windows Server administration Cybersecurity Query management CompTIA Security+ Linux administration Server hardware support Full Job Description Sr. Storage & Infrastructure Administrator Tope is seeking a Sr. Storage & Infrastructure Administrator to support the AF Strategic Program Information Services team in support of the Sentinel Information Services (IS) team. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain system architecture, including hardware and software Develop and implement workflows, including creating and editing workflow definitions Integrate with other systems and applications Develop and deploy reports and dashboards Resolve complex issues, including performance problems and data corruption Implement system security measures: firewalls, intrusion detection, and encryption Implement system monitoring and reporting tools, including metrics and analytics Mentor and train junior systems administrators, including providing guidance and support Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements Collaborate with other teams, such as development and quality assurance, to ensure smooth integration and testing of systems Develop and manage budgets for system upgrades, maintenance, and support Participate in strategic planning and decision-making for the organization's IT systems Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations Participate in the development and maintenance of system standards and procedures Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning Position requires a current Security+ Certification , fully adjudicated DoD Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance and at least 5
  • + years'
  • experience with a MS degree; 7

  • experience with a BS degree; or 11 years' experience with a HS diploma with:
  • Extensive experience with Virtualization, specifically VMware Cloud Foundations (VCF) Backup software, Hyper-V, Commvault or Cohesity
  • Extensive experience with Dell Network Storage Solutions and Dell server hardware
  • Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and query languages
  • Experience with Teamcenter administration tools, including Teamcenter Server, Teamcenter Client, and Teamcenter Web
  • Experience or knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, system components, system protocols, COTS technology, and software development
  • Technical knowledge of systems, networks, and application security, as well as a solid understanding of enterprise-level security frameworks, policies, processes, and standards Other skills desired are:
  • Standards compliance and information assurance, including ITAR, CCA, Fed
RAMP, DIACAP, RMF, ITIL, CMMI
  • Understanding of the DoD environment and familiarity with the DoD Acquisition System
  • Ability to build bridges across organizational boundaries, and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical leaders across large complex organizations.
  • Ability to work across teams and in a cross-functional environment
  • Experience interfacing and briefing customers and upper management
  • Quickly comprehending technology and understanding unique system requirements.
