Primary Responsibilities The IT System Administrator will have the following primary responsibilities: End User Support The IT System Administrator will be responsible for providing direct end-user support to company personnel. The IT System Administrator shall strive to provide efficient, expedient assistance with the goal of achieving end-user satisfaction with their received support. Ticketing will be the primary form of tracking performance. As such, all work effort should be captured within the company Ticketing system. Hardware The IT System Administrator will be responsible for the purchasing and provisioning of Hardware for all new and current employees. This includes but is not limited to laptops, KBMs, Headsets, etc. They will also be responsible for receiving returned equipment from employee equipment refresh and offboarding. Projects The IT System Administrator will be assigned projects that are to be completed in 3-week sprints. These projects will be tracked in Jira. Desktop and Laptop Support The IT System Administrator will be responsible for providing hardware, operating system and application-level support for company supplied desktop and laptop equipment. Information Security The IT System Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that any work performed is done in accordance with established Company Security Policies and Procedures. This includes reporting and/or correcting other employees' actions or system use which is in violation of established policy. This responsibility will also extend to providing constant watch over incoming email and logins, so that action may be taken if either poses a threat to internal security or confidentiality. Systems Management The IT System Administrator shall have primary responsibility for the maintenance, management The IT System Administrator shall have primary responsibility for the maintenance, management and administration of the following company IT systems: Office 365 Security Quarantine Azure Users Flagged for Risk LastPass Secondary Responsibilities The IT System Administrator will have the following secondary responsibilities: Systems Management The IT System Administrator will assist the IT Manager with the maintenance and administration of the following systems within the company: Unified Communications Business Productivity Suite Messaging Platform User Directory File/Information Sharing Platforms Business Line Applications Telecom Communication Services Employee Onboarding & Offboarding The IT System Administrator will also manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees, which will require access to and understanding of the following systems: Office 365 Exchange Azure Active Directory and Storage Accounts RingCentral LastPass Duo Equipment provisioning and purchasing Other Responsibilities The IT System Administrator will also be responsible for performing additional periodic work as determined by the Director of IT and/or the SVP of Technology. Preferred Qualifications Experience with these technologies is preferred but not required. Salesforce PowerShell scripting Contact Center Software
