Student Services Specialist

Job Overview:

Northridge Academy is seeking a part-time upbeat and energetic Student Services Specialist. The Student Services Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers mostly in-person and sometimes on the phone. The position will include data entry, inbound calls, answering emails, and light technical support. This position is for onsite in-the-office part-time work (Monday - Friday 11:30am-5:30pm). This is not a remote job. Reliable, consistent attendance is essential for this position. Due to the store being operated by a single staff member during business hours, repeated absences or a history of frequent call-outs will disqualify candidates from consideration.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Register students into a database Issue, score, and finalize student coursework Maintain database records Take payment and processing orders Use problem-solving to field, prioritize, and direct incoming emails Reconcile the register at close and make bank deposits Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Outstanding, oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with heavy attention to detail Must be able to assess problems and identify solutions Ability to work independently with little supervision is required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with Google Workspace Outstanding phone and email etiquette Strong technology skills Valid driver's license
