We offer an extensive portfolio of conveyor equipment and related container handling machinery. We specialize in integrating packaging equipment and conveying systems into cost-effective and efficient plan designs. The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, security, and optimization of the organization's technology infrastructure. This role supports business operations by managing servers, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity initiatives, enterprise applications, and end-user technology. The IT Systems Administrator works closely with the IT Director and business stakeholders to ensure reliable system performance, data security, and exceptional technical support while driving continuous technology improvements across the organization. Are you excited about this work? Manage and maintain Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud-based systems. Support and optimize network infrastructure, including firewalls, wireless systems, and VPN connectivity. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues for end users. Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment. Strengthen cybersecurity through vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and incident response. Support enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and manufacturing systems. Lead infrastructure upgrades, technology projects, and continuous improvement initiatives. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in systems administration, network administration, or IT infrastructure support. Experience administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and cloud technologies. Working knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and firewalls. Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V preferred. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, backup technologies, and disaster recovery practices. Experience supporting enterprise software applications and business systems. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware certifications are preferred. What's in it for you?
