Job Summary:
Are you a hands-on infrastructure engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and modernizing systems? We're looking for a Senior Systems Administrator / Engineer to help design and scale enterprise Windows environments across hybrid cloud and on-prem systems. This is a high-impact role where you'll work with modern cloud platforms, virtualization, automation, and emerging AI tools to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency across critical infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
Own and evolve enterprise Windows infrastructure across hybrid environments. Design and manage cloud solutions in AWS and Azure. Build and maintain virtualized environments using VMware and Hyper-V. Drive automation using PowerShell, Python, and infrastructure-as-code practices. Implement monitoring and observability tools to proactively identify and resolve issues. Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability through continuous optimization. Leverage AI tools to streamline operations, troubleshooting, and documentation. Strengthen security posture through modern best practices (including zero-trust principles). Partner with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions. Lead or contribute to process improvements and infrastructure modernization initiatives. Mentor junior engineers and help elevate team capabilities.
What You Bring:
5 years of experience in systems administration or infrastructure engineering. Strong expertise in Windows server environments. Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure. Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar). Solid understanding of networking, monitoring, and system performance. Experience with automation, DevOps practices, or infrastructure-as-code. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Nice to

Experience with AI-driven tools or automation in infrastructure environments. Exposure to ITIL or similar operational frameworks. Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments at scale. Background in performance tuning, monitoring, or observability platforms.
