This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting Yardi or a similar property management platform who enjoys solving problems, working with others, and helping improve business processes. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills who can work independently while collaborating effectively with accounting, operations, and property management teams. This is an in-office position located in Newport News, VA. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for Yardi and other property management software applications. Troubleshoot system issues, user questions, and data discrepancies. Assist with workflow and system configuration. Support accounting, operations, and property management teams with software-related questions and requests. Participate in software testing, upgrades, and new feature implementations. Assist with system setup and data transitions for property acquisitions and dispositions. Assist the Integrations and Project Manager in supporting third-party software integrations and work with vendors to resolve issues. Create and update knowledge base and procedures. Help identify opportunities to improve processes and system efficiency. Work collaboratively with internal departments and external vendors on projects and ongoing support. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience supporting Yardi or another property management software platform (MRI, Entrata, RealPage, or similar). Preferred experience in the multifamily housing industry. Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and building positive working relationships. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to learn new systems and processes. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting accounting or property management software. Experience with software implementations, upgrades, or data conversions. Basic understanding of property management or accounting processes.
