Description:

We are seeking an OnBase ECM & Atlassian Platform Administrator

•Intermediate to provide combined platform administration and sustainment for enterprise content management and work management/collaboration tools in secure environments. This role supports configuration, workflow automation, user access management, reporting, and troubleshooting across multiple platforms while ensuring changes are controlled, documented, and supportable.

Responsibilities:

Administer, configure, and sustain Hyland OnBase enterprise content management solutions, including document types, keyword configurations, disk storage groups, ingestion processes, Unity/Web clients, user access controls, workflows, and forms to support secure and efficient records management. Design, develop, and optimize OnBase workflows, Unity Forms, and document automation solutions to digitize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance information management capabilities across the organization. Administer and maintain Atlassian platforms, including Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence, by managing projects, spaces, workflows, permission schemes, automation rules, dashboards, templates, and collaboration tools to support business and IT operations. Serve as the primary technical resource for both OnBase and Atlassian environments, providing customer support, gathering requirements, troubleshooting platform issues, coordinating upgrades, patches, releases, and approved plugin implementations while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards. Maintain comprehensive system documentation, knowledge articles, configuration records, and operational procedures while delivering user training, guidance, and best practices to promote platform adoption, reliability, and continuous improvement. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Years of Experience:

3+ years hands-on OnBase administration and 3+ years hands-on Jira/Confluence administration (or comparable combined experience).

Education Level:

High school diploma/GED.

Clearance Requirements:

Must have active Top Secret (TS) clearance.

Certification Requirements:

Atlassian ACP certifications (preferred) and/or OnBase admin/workflow certifications (preferred). Travel may be required for role. Any other work-related qualifications needed for the role: Experience designing/maintaining workflows and permissions models; familiarity with JQL and automation; basic SQL skills helpful.
