Everforth ECS is seeking a Systems Administrator to work in our Quantico, VAoffice.

ECS isseekingahighly skilled and motivated System Administratortoprovide IT services and support for hardware, IT systems, applications, and operational technologies that support mission critical operations in support of ourDOJ FBIClient. The scope of this programis to enhance enterprise IT services and solutions to thisFBIcomponent to provide best-in-class end-user support and drive improvements in the operations, management, maintenance and integration of services across multiple networks, systems, and applications to enable and enhance mission operations for law enforcement capabilities.

In this role, you will be working at the intersection of traditional IT and specialized scientific and operational technology systems to ensure functionality, performance, availability, responsiveness of supported IT systems and services. You will be accountable for managing server performance against service delivery objectives and identifying and implementing operational improvements to promote efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Troubleshooting and resolving server issues including connectivity, storage, service status, application status, availability, and physical hardware.

Monitoring system performance and reporting on anomalies.

Regularly performing and maintaining data backups and disaster recovery operations.

Applying technical and business experience and understanding to improve processes and procedures for deploying and maintaining system infrastructure.

Working independently and collectively to help improve system solutions and contributing to system service improvements.

Deploying, testing, certifying, patching, and addressing interoperability issues for all features, components, and application dependencies.

US citizenship withactive Top Secret clearance.

Minimum of 5 years experience recommended. In absence of years of experience, certifications or past work may be used to show the level of experience needed to perform at this level.
