Job Summary We are seeking an IT Administrator to support and strengthen our firm's network, systems, and security infrastructure. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who places a strong emphasis on accurate documentation, consistent ticket handling, standardization, and best practices, particularly in environments that manage sensitive client data. Compensation, Benefits & Other Base pay: $25/hour; performance review at 90 days Medical and Dental offered after 60 days Paid Time Off begins accruing after 90 days Paid Holidays after 90 days Subsidized gym membership available (D.O.E.) Free parking 401(k) with 6% match available after 1 year Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Manage internal IT support tickets, ensuring thorough, timely, and consistent documentation of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and outcomes Maintain clear and organized ticket records to support audits, knowledge sharing, and process improvement Handle daily, monthly, and quarterly audits as assigned Provide ongoing administration and support of network infrastructure, including switches and related hardware Qualifications Strong working knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems Experience working in an Office 365 environment (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals Demonstrated ability to document work accurately and consistently, especially within ticketing systems Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment Positive, "can‑do" attitude and willingness to learn Bonus Qualifications Advanced network administration or engineering experience Experience improving IT documentation, workflows, or ticketing standards Join us in providing reliable, well‑documented IT support that empowers our team and protects our systems
