Job Title:
Casino Service Technician Job Description The Casino Field Service Technician role is both service-oriented and relationship-focused, with daily travel within a designated territory. You will perform preventive maintenance on gaming machines to ensure optimal function and troubleshoot any malfunctions. Responsibilities Conduct preventive maintenance on all gaming machines to ensure accuracy and functionality. Troubleshoot and repair games and associated systems when malfunctions occur. Maintain strong customer relations and provide exceptional service. Configure, test, and repair electronic equipment. Use hand and power tools safely and appropriately. Oversee conversion projects or setups with minimal guidance. Travel up to 75% local travel required (no overnights) Essential Skills Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills. Experience in repairing and configuring electronic equipment. Ability to influence and maintain strong interpersonal relationships. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
