AS A VALUABLE CONTRIBUTOR TO OUR VISION, YOU WILL
Own the network infrastructure: Set up and maintain network hardware and software assets.
Provide end-user support and training:
Serve as a "super-user" and "train-the-trainer" for IT processes and documentation.
Maintain security and reliability:
Enforce Acceptable Use Policy, maintain telephony assets, and ensure a secure environment for all company data.
Support disaster recovery:
Maintain and update the Disaster Recovery Plan.
Collaborate across teams:
Assist ERP Administrator when needed and contribute to IT strategy planning.
Drive efficiency:
Evaluate and recommend changes to meet organizational needs and improve system performance. Administer Office 365 and other critical systems.
TO THRIVE IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of IT experience with strong knowledge of Windows environments. Certifications such as MCP, MCSA, or MCSE. Advanced working knowledge of ERP software (Epicor preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Windows Server and SQL Server a plus. Experience in
ISO 9001
2015 environments preferred. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills for documentation and training. Position is onsite. M-F 8-5, occasional weekends for patching and server upgrades.
