We are hiring an experienced Support and Services Consultant to support our ongoing focus to delight our customers through their journey with Flexagon. Join a team of fun and driven professionals as we change the world of software development and delivery. The Support and Services Consultant is responsible for providing high-quality technical support, product guidance, and professional services to customers. This role works closely with customers to understand their technical and business requirements, troubleshoot product issues, support implementations, and help customers successfully adopt and use Flexagon's solutions.
Responsibilities:
Work with customers to understand their business needs, application delivery workflows, DevOps processes, release management practices, and operational challenges. Deliver high quality services for DevOps, Configuration Management, Integrations, and Automations. Assist customers with the best product practices, troubleshooting techniques, and operational recommendations. Identify potential project risks, scope changes, and technical dependencies, and communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders. Provide technical support to customers through support tickets, email, meetings, and remote troubleshooting sessions. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical issues. Implement and evolve best practices associated with Flexagon Platform implementations. Develop and deliver training sessions for administrators and end-users. Lead and/or assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technology initiatives. Transition the implemented product and customizations to the customer's teams. Contribute to improving support processes, service delivery standards, documentation, and customer experience. Participate in scheduled on-call or after-hours support activities when required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Four or more years of experience in technical support, professional services, implementation consulting, application support, or a similar customer-facing technical role. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Configuration Management, or Release Automation tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with technologies such as Git, REST APIs, SQL, Linux, Java, Playwright, application servers, and cloud platforms. Experience using generative AI or AI-assisted productivity tools for troubleshooting, research, documentation, communication, or technical analysis. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Nice to have experience with Oracle, Salesforce, or SAP. Strong automation mindset with the ability to identify repetitive processes, design scalable solutions, and implement reliable automation that improves efficiency, quality, and consistency. Pay:
$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
