Network Administrator Permanent | No Sponsorship Available | On-site
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
We are supporting a growing organization with a distributed footprint across several locations throughout Wisconsin. They are seeking an Network Administrator to lead their IT infrastructure and support operations. You'll be working with a collaborative team, managing critical network systems, and playing a key role in the organization's technical leadership and growth.

$65,000 – $78,000 per year

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
Administer and maintain Cisco Meraki networking solutions across all locations Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring systems run smoothly and efficiently across the organization Respond to and resolve technical support tickets, connectivity issues, and infrastructure problems in a timely manner Design, install, and configure computer hardware and network infrastructure components Develop and maintain technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and project requirements Organize training and workshops to keep the organization updated on new technologies and best practices Investigate and resolve complex IT issues, including security threats and system failures Travel to designated Wisconsin locations to provide on-site support, maintenance, and infrastructure management
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR
2+ years of professional experience as a Network Administrator or similar IT infrastructure role Hands-on experience administering Cisco Meraki solutions in multi-location environments Strong troubleshooting skills for networking, hardware, and connectivity issues Demonstrated experience managing IT teams or mentoring technical staff Knowledge of network design, installation, and configuration best practices CompTIA Network+ certification or Cisco certifications (CCNA or higher) is a plus Timing is everything.
