NOC Technician

Job Description A client of Insight Global's is looking for a NOC technician to join their team in Birmingham, Alabama for their second shift: Tuesday through Saturday 3:00pm-11:00pm. This individual will be proactively monitoring the data center and communication networks. You will be responsible for managing tickets and solving issues for internal customers and escalating tickets if needed.
