This is a hands-on opportunity to work with technology hardware, network equipment, and connected devices while gaining valuable experience in IT infrastructure and technical support. Overtime paid at time and a half, when applicable What You'll Be Doing Set up and configure phones, electronic devices, and related equipment. Assist with installing and organizing physical equipment racks. Install, connect, and support network switches and cabling. Provide basic software and technical support as needed. Troubleshoot equipment setup and connectivity issues. Follow established procedures to ensure equipment is installed and functioning correctly. Work with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet operational deadlines. What You'll Need to Be Considered Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Some familiarity with IT, computers, electronics, networking, or hardware—or a strong interest in beginning a career in IT. Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Professional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Comfort working hands-on with technology equipment. Flexibility to work an assigned 10-hour shift, four days per week. Ability to work onsite in downtown Birmingham, AL. Schedule Four 10-hour shifts per week, with one of the following schedules:

Day Shift:

6:00 AM-4:00

PM Swing Shift:

2:00 PM-12:00 AM Schedules will be either Monday-Thursday or Thursday-Sunday, depending on assignment. Overtime and additional shifts may be available based on business needs. INDIT
