Schedule:
Up to 40 hours per week; Monday - Friday. Daily hours to be determined with assignment. Summary of Function The Technology Services Department is seeking a reliable and organized high school student worker to assist with the collection, check-in, and organization of student iPads and related accessories. This position is ideal for a student who is responsible, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining experience working with school technology operations. Qualifications Current FUSD high school student in good academic standing Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer and technology skills Ability to handle equipment carefully and responsibly Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Duties and Responsibilities Assist with collecting student iPads, chargers, and cases Check devices for visible damage and missing accessories Record and track returned equipment using spreadsheets or inventory systems Organize and label devices for storage or redistribution Help maintain an orderly and secure work area Provide friendly and professional customer service to students and staff Assist Technology Services staff with additional basic tasks as needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move boxes or carts weighing up to 25 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods during collection events Equipment, Aids, Tools and Materials Uses office equipment which includes but is not limited to: computers, video projectors, white boards, and office or instructional equipment. Mental Tasks Communicate verbally and in writing. Manage own work environment. Promote learning and ensure safety.
