Banning, CA Job Details Full-time From $24 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Microsoft Windows Server Network hardware support Hardware maintenance Microsoft Office High school diploma or GED Driver's License Computer hardware Desktop (troubleshooting support) Computer management Desktop applications Telecommunications systems maintenance Desktop administration Telecommunications structured cabling Full Job Description Supports tribal government staff with technical support of desktop computers, software, telecommunication systems, and related technology. Support includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, upgrading and testing of computer systems and peripherals. Position provides one-on-one support to end users, assists in the maintenance and testing of network servers, and associated networking equipment. Responsibilities require independent analysis, communication and problem solving. Assists staff with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop computers, peripheral equipment and software Support development and implementation of new computer projects Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment. Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems Work with vendor support to resolve technical problems High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate. The position requires 1 year of experience working with personal computers, laptops, telecommunications systems, LANs, data/voice equipment, and data cabling. Experience supporting Microsoft server and office software. Information Technology-related coursework from an accredited college or trade school in computer science, computer information systems, data processing, information management, or a closely related field is preferred. Valid California driver's license and insurable on Morongo's vehicle insurance
