We are seeking a hands-on IT Field Infrastructure Technician to support the deployment, maintenance, and ongoing operation of technology infrastructure across multiple locations. This role is responsible for installing and configuring network equipment, setting up end-user devices, supporting site openings, and providing on-site technical support.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in the field, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure reliable technology operations.

Infrastructure DeploymentInstall and configure firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and network-connected devicesCoordinate ISP circuit activations and configure basic network services (VLANs, DHCP, DNS)Deploy laptops, printers, VoIP phones, displays, and backup power systemsValidate infrastructure readiness prior to site go-liveField SupportTravel to locations to troubleshoot network, hardware, and connectivity issuesReplace and reconfigure equipment as neededSupport hardware refreshes and technology lifecycle initiativesMaintain accurate network and asset documentationIT SupportProvision, image, and deploy endpoint devicesSupport Microsoft 365 workstation setup and user onboardingCollaborate with internal and outsourced support teams on escalationsAssist with asset management and inventory tracking
