$26.27 - $34.15 / hour Summary The Device Technician is a customer facing position that provides support to the organizations endpoint desktop computing environment. Device technicians are responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all hardware and software to ensure optimal workstation performance. Additionally, troubleshoots problems and resolves issues in accordance to our Service Level Agreements and departmental practices. Providing assistance to onsite and remote end-users are routine daily tasks. Ability to analyze user requests, build new endpoint computer systems, and deploy printers for small to medium sized projects is a requirement. Device technicians are responsible for resolving incidents and tasks using ServiceNow and accurately maintaining computer equipment in the hardware asset management system.
Requirements Education:
Bachelors degree required. May accept 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 years experience in application IS integration/development preferred.

This position requires good listening skills, ability to recognize problems and respond accordingly, systematically gather information, sort through issues with assistance, seek input from others, and make timely decisions. A clean drivers license is required for use of Lee Health System vehicles.
