Job Description

OverviewHands‑on role supporting network infrastructure, security systems, and VoIP across multiple sites. Ideal for someone who enjoys field work, installs, and troubleshooting.

What You'll DoInstall and support switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi‑FiSupport ISP‑grade networks (routing, VLANs, basic CGNAT)Monitor networks and respond to outagesPerform rack installs, cable management, and hardware swapsInstall and support:

IP cameras (CCTV) and NVRsAccess control systems (card readers, keypads, doors)VoIP phones and SIP servicesTroubleshoot connectivity, performance, and hardware issuesMaintain basic documentation (diagrams, configs, updates)Work with vendors, IT teams, and site staffHandle service tickets and preventative maintenance
