What You'll Do:

Demonstrates professional desktop support history with a variety of platforms/systems/applications and tools. Desktop expertise with all aspects of computer functionality, system operation, and infrastructure Operating system expertise with Windows Perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT hardware and/or software.
