Education & Experience Requirements:

Two-year degree in Computer Science-related field or commensurate experience. Experience with IT support in a team environment. Knowledge of multiple OS platforms, including Windows, Unix and MacOS. Knowledge of VMware or other virtualization technologies. Knowledge of TCP/IP and other communication protocols. Familiarity with web-based technologies. Successful experience with troubleshooting computer hardware and software. Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Standard procedures development Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Innovative problem-solving with a team-oriented mindset. Familiarity with Musco solutions is a plus. Serves as part of on-call support schedule during non-working hours. Be available while on-call to respond to system alerts and helpdesk escalation. Weekend and after-hours work required frequently as part of system operation and maintenance. Will need to utilize a ladder or lift to install or pull network cable. Travel may be required to support remote office locations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Active Directory Account administration. Maintain operating systems. Conduct system backups periodically. Support desktop strategies from a network management perspective. Identify configuration management issues to be resolved and resolve user problems associated with node-to-node connectivity. Provide technical expertise, instruction, and support to system users.
