F3 Technologies is looking for a Field Implementation Technician to install, configure, and support point-of-sale (POS) systems for restaurant partners across your region. No prior POS or technical experience is required. We provide comprehensive, paid training to set you up for success from day one. No two days look the same. One day you might be wiring a new POS setup for a busy restaurant; the next, you could be troubleshooting a network issue or training a team of staff on their new system. Expect:
Travel and Schedule This is a heavy travel position. You will spend the majority of your time on the road, traveling to partner locations. Open availability required including nights and weekends for appointments or travel. Night and weekend hours qualify for an additional $4.00/hour shift differential. Overtime opportunities are also regularly available. About F3 Technologies F3 Technologies, Inc. is a national field service technology company specializing in payment technology installations and support. We partner with leading POS platforms to deliver seamless technology experiences for restaurants and retailers nationwide. What You Will Do Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at partner locations Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues independently Provide hands-on training to restaurant staff on POS functionality and best practices Deliver remote and on-site technical support to ensure minimal downtime Document all service work, including job details, equipment used, and resolution steps Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure successful project delivery Maintain a professional, customer-first approach at every interaction What You Bring Required No prior technical or POS experience needed. We train you! Strong communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfort with frequent travel, including extended time on the road Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Must be 21 years of age or older Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights or weekends Preferred Experience with POS systems, IT, field service, or a related technical field Restaurant industry experience Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 30 feet Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours) Ability to work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions Compensation and Benefits $21+/hour (depending on experience) + overtime eligibility $4.00/hour shift differential for night and weekend hours Unlimited PTO Health, dental, vision, short term disability and life insurance (after 90 days) 401(k) with employer match Paid holidays and parental leave Company-provided phone, laptop, and tools Why Join F3?
