Professional Full Time, Days, 40 hours Posted 3/12/2026 Requisition # 15145 What you need to know about the position: IS Support Technician maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. The IS Support Technician positions have a base hourly rate of $21.34. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions. The shift for this position will be 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation with the team. What is required for the position: High school diploma or GED, and a minimum of 3 years experience in the support and maintenance of personal computers, printers, and print servers in an enterprise network environment. OR Associate's degree in Computer Science, and a minimum of 1 year experience in the support and maintenance of personal computers, printers, and print servers in an enterprise network environment. Valid Indiana Driver's License Manufacturer's certification preferred (e.g. A+, Networking+, or Microsoft Certified Professional)
