IT Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Assistant to join our technology team! Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively. Manage computer systems, including installation, configuration, updates, and maintenance of operating systems such as Windows and working environments. Assist with computer management tasks like inventory tracking, hardware repairs, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance. Support network infrastructure including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), firewalls, and other security measures to maintain secure connectivity. Conduct software troubleshooting for applications like Microsoft Office 365 and other essential business tools. Support the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure components including switches, routers, servers, and peripherals. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Proven experience in providing IT support or desktop support in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows and other environments. Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewall management, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and common business software troubleshooting. Experience with computer hardware repair and management of IT infrastructure components. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users with excellent customer service skills. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant vendor-specific credentials are a plus but not required. Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
