PC Refresh Technician (Windows 11 IMAGING)

Will work 100% onsite at Hyattsville, MD Top Skills' Details Asset Management Depot Technician  This resource will perform imaging, Technology Asset logistics IMAC (Windows 11/10) and general technology hardware IMAC operations at the Hyattsville, MD Depot  The ideal candidate will have a deskside support skillset and have general ServiceNow experience  Prior experience working in a technology or PC depot within a Asset Management function is also key  This person will work in the depot that perform physical asset IMAC activities (PCs, printers, scanners etc) imaging and logistics documentation in ServiceNow Description General Deskside Support experience: o Incidents

• Software break/fix o IMACs
• Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc. o Refresh o Support peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers o Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office o Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment a plus o Experience with ServiceNow
