Job Description
Under the direction of the Director of Information Technology, the IT System Technician II provides technical support for the City's IT systems, focusing on mobile device management, workstation deployment, and IT troubleshooting. This position assists with maintaining the City's networks, supporting end-user devices, and working with vendors and IT staff to implement and maintain technology solutions.
