Overview Job Summary:
Technical analyst providing support for applications in one or more areas of Boone Health Technology Services. Provides technical assistance on complex projects. Focus is on process analysis, re-engineering, design and simulation with an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. May serves as liaison between Boone Health Infrastructure and vendor technical contacts .
Job Responsibilities:
Performs technical analysis of software, hardware, infrastructure and network systems. Diagnoses, isolates and de-bugs infrastructure problems and performs problem resolution. Analyzes the results of workflow plans, monitors operating systems and recommends changes to improve processing and utilization. Works with technical team to design and manage standards to minimize possible conflicts with other equipment and applications within the enterprise. Monitors systems capacity and performance, assists in planning and executing disaster recovery procedures and provides Tier 2 technical support. Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.
